Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Free from makeup, perfume, and marks
- With all original tags attached
Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or without tags will not be accepted.
- Non-returnable items
- Sale or discounted items
- Final sale items
- Bodysuits and intimate wear
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.We recommend using a tracked service, as RIVE is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- Up to 3–5 business days for RIVE to process your return
- 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Duties
If an order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, unpaid duties/taxes, or incorrect address, the cost of:- Return courier fees
- Original shipping cost
will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.If you need a different size or item, please place a new order
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.Questions?
